How much is shipping?
US Domestic Shipping is $4 and International Shipping is $14 on all orders.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, Your tracking information will be emailed to you automatically after it has been shipped.
How long does it take for delivery?
All orders are shipped within 7- 10 days (Monday thru Friday and saturdays except holidays). US Domestic orders arrive within 7-14 business days. International orders usually take 14-1 business days. some countries/slow customs inspection can take longer.
What will my package look like when it arrives?
All MX-1 products are mailed in a plain package with details only. The package contents are marked as sport utility for your privacy.
All transactions are handled by PayPal or Stripe, We do not store any credit card information.
You can rest assured that nothing will appear that might compromise your privacy.
Due to the intimate nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. If the item is defective, we can replace it at no extra cost.
